MEET YOUR CAPTAIN
Hi there, my name is Steven Hammond - owner and operator of Hammond’s Fishing Adventures.
For me, taking others out on fishing experiences and helping them catch fish is where my passion is. I am extremely dedicated when it comes to the sport – providing the best gear on the market for my clients and taking no shortcuts when it comes to boat equipment.
Safety is my number one priority. I hold a US Coast Guards license and am fully insured. We provide and wear approved inflatable life jackets on every trip, we conduct a safety orientation each morning before leaving the dock, and we ride in a very comfortable top of the line 23’ Alumaweld Columbia series guide boat that exceeds safety guidelines.
Our boat is cleaned from top to bottom at the end of each trip, as I believe that first impression when clients step aboard is very important. I am polite and well-mannered and run a class-act service. I believe a successful day requires being prepared when clients arrive, having excellent communication before and during a trip, and creating an enjoyable fishing experience throughout the day.

New to Washington my wife and I were excited to learn PNW fishing. My wife gifted my daughter and I with a family Kokanee fishing trip for Christmas. We went out on New Years Day with Steven and Zack. Through the freezing weather we had a blast! We loved it so much we booked another family trip, making it a family tradition. Steven and Zack have great personalities and their experience is unmatched!
